With strong technical skills, an eye for design, strategic vision, and excellent communication, he has played a critical role in the success of countless projects. Lance has award-winning expertise in User Experience (UX), a jack-of-all-trades skillset, and a “whatever it takes” attitude.

With a passion for the marriage of creativity, technology, and service, Lance founded Ascent with the goal of treating clients with white-glove service while elevating their digital brand to new heights and developing trusted partnerships with leading agencies throughout the area.

Lance is a devoted father of two, retired pastor, baseball & softball coach, umpire, unpopular international recording artist, wanna-be captain with a small fleet of semi-functional boats, and die-hard Mets fan.

Andrew is at the heart of every project Ascent delivers. His fingerprints are all over virtually everything that we launch. Andrew’s extensive experience makes him resourceful, efficient, and basically frikkin’ incredible. His strong sense of aesthetics couples with a depth of programming knowledge to help deliver impactful interactive web experiences that grow businesses and boost bottom lines.

Andrew is a proud NJIT grad and is our local connoisseur of the Clinton area’s finest dining.

Faisal is an experienced Frontend Web Developer with a foundation in Computer Science, He specializes in programming languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React JS. His skillset also includes Git, GitHub, and CMS platforms like WordPress, Shopify, and Webflow.

Faisal is so entirely devoted to the art of website creation that he has zero outside interests or hobbies. But we’re all jealous of that hair. Look at it, man. Damn.

Alisa is passionate about applying creativity, problem-solving, and communication skills to help people and their businesses to grow. Alisa’s fearless attitude, resourcefulness, and penchant for conquering difficult web development challenges without breaking a sweat has been a fundamental part of Ascent’s DNA for nearly a decade. She leads our development team by example and rules with an iron fist.

Alisa is a loving mom, is deeply involved in her community & church, and has a secretly wicked sense of humor despite her deceptively harmless demeanor.

Adam is our online marketing guru – creating and executing the strategies that connect your business with those who need your services. With an ever-expanding wealth of expertise in SEM (Search Engine Marketing), he is ahead of the technological curve and is always evolving our online marketing approach to focus on the initiatives which will have the most substantial and lasting impact for our clients.

He is a noteworthy voice within the SEO and Social Media Marketing community, and a creative, outside-the-box thinker. Most importantly, the man gets results.

When not relaxing with his wife and three children, Adam also serves on the board of a non-profit organization for addiction recovery while simultaneously pinning the irony meter by brewing his own brand of unpleasant beer. Adam loves to watch obscure European “football” “matches” in a futile effort to be “hip,” and raises chickens to prepare for the inevitable American dystopia wherein a single egg could buy a bag of gold.

Lara brings a wealth of experience and expertise to her role at Ascent – working in numerous fast-paced agencies and managing thousands of projects with calm, efficient professionalism. While her project management role has famously been summarized as “taking the specs from the customers and delivering them to the engineers,” in reality it is far more than that. Lara oversees content publishing, optimizes our workflows, performs QA, ensures timelines are met, juggles multiple clients and simultaneous projects, and proactively averts crises.

Lara is passionate about maintaining a technological edge, and assists our clients with CRM & automation management, SEO/GEO, data analysis, and more.

Lara holds a Bachelors in Communication & Media from Endicott College.
